Refund policy

1. vsaral.com has a no cancellation, return and refund policy. However in extreme circumstances like, but not limited to, duplication of order, wrong order placed vsaral.com reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation request.

2. vsaral.com shall not be liable, held responsible nor considered as a party in default for any delay in delivery of product/s due to any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the control of vsaral.com or its affiliates and without its fault or negligence, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, lockouts, acts of any Government authority, delays in obtaining licenses or rejection of applications under the Statutes, failure of telephone connections or power failure, fire, floods or natural calamity.

3. In case your Order has already been dispatched, in transit, shipped or delivered, No cancellation of the Order shall be possible. 4. Once the order has been placed in no case or scenario it could be cancelled. However in extreme situations vsaral.com may consider the cancellation request. To raise a cancellation Request, kindly email on prabhadeep_2001@yahoo.co.in within 7 days of receiving the order and along with reason of Cancellation mention the following details in the email for cancellation of your order:

  • Order No.
  • Customer’s Name
  • Registered Mobile No.
5.Once the cancellation request is raised by you, vsaral.com shall check whether the order is eligible for cancellation. In case the order is accepted for cancellation, vsaral.com shall cancel the order at its end and generate and issue a credit note of the amount which can be used in the next purchase to be made in next 365 days on vsaral.com or any PrabhaDeep store. vsaral.com will not refund the amount but if there is no option the refund amount will be calculated as per the Refund Policy.

 

vsaral.com Refund Policy

1. On the acceptance of cancellation request by vsaral.com, the refund shall be processed by vsaral.com after deduction of refund processing charges and administration charges, per order, as mentioned below:

2. The Standard Refund Time frame is 9-12 days from the date of acceptance of Cancellation of order for refund. You can contact us to know the status of refund by writing email on operations@vsaral.com during this period.

3. The processed refund shall directly be credited to the source payment mode/ bank made by you at the time of placing the order.

4. Courier Charges will not be refunded if order has been dispatched under any circumstances.

 

Note: vsaral.com reserves the right to amend, modify, delete or add any such terms under the Cancellation and/or Refund policy, at any time, which shall also apply to the Orders previously placed by you.
