General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

Items offered in our Website are only available for delivery to addresses in Pune Municipal Corporation and Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. Any shipments to addresses outside of PMC and PCMC is not available presently.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery time is 6 Working Days at the Most from the day of Order placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 8 working days of the date of your order. Working Days means Monday to Friday, except Holidays.

Date of Delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Due to any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control information about shipment delivery will be provided to you for your order placed as per the situation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed if you select order to be couriered to you.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us within 4 days from the delivery of the order, using the contact information provided on the contact us page of our website www.vsaral.com. The damaged item(s), product(s) will be replaced within 8 working days of the report upon validating the damage.

Wrong Products Delivered

In case wrong product(s) are delivered, then report within 3 working days from delivery of the order. We will replace the product within 9 working days from the report of the wrong order delivery.
